I’m Lee Marshall, an active hands on chef with experience from hotels, restaurants, Rosette through to personal chef for high profile clients. Despite my running the business, my passion and excitement for food will never falter, nor will my seeking out good, honest chefs capable of working under our banner.

With our experienced team of supply chefs we can help your business run any outside event or we can install a longer-term brigade capable of producing food to the highest standards.

We have chefs with extensive experience in catering at all levels, whether it be good old Gastro Pub food or Corporate Events, all the way through to Michelin Star or Rosette standard.
